Founded by Toni Mullins and Nikki Powell, our mission is rooted in passion and a commitment to quality support for individuals and families across Kentucky.
We view quality support as a collaboration. That means building solid, trusting relationships with case managers, clinical partners, families, and community providers — and ensuring that every participant receives consistent, seamless care.
Our team is dedicated entirely to quality assurance and smooth service delivery, with a focus on continuity of care and the best possible outcomes for every person we serve.
